Two residential buildings – 16 and 20 floors – are located above the shopping center in the northern sector of the complex. Each one of them has its own entrance lobby with street access and a separate parking zone. Every residential complex borders on open-air, s green zones located on the roof of the complex. These buildings include 612 business-class apartments, at 18 apartments per floor.
Market overview
The active development of Kyiv’s residential real estate results from the growth of local population, better incomes and high investment attractiveness of the city’s residential real estate sector. A favorable market situation motivates constructors and developers. However, the share of residential real estate per city resident is still very low, amounting only to 20 sq.m.
The current supply cannot satisfy the demand for housing, which causes prices to grow very rapidly.
High potential demand and clearly insufficient levels of the supply growth downgrade the likeliness of satisfying the demand in a short prospect, thus implying that the residential real estate prices in Kyiv will continue to rise.
