Lybid-Plaza is a big multifunctional complex within the city.
Its unique location allows for creation of an originally functional, attractive and in-demand concept.
The mix of various types of real estate – retail, offices, hotel and apartments – produces synergy, which, when combined with international experience in designing mixed-use facilities brought in by the project architect Canadian BBB, makes this a unique project.
The shopping center’s green roof hosts basketball and tennis courts, swimming pools and family recreation facilities.
The complex has a well-developed infrastructure (e.g. parking), which is uncommon for the city’s downtownand provides for additional comfort for visitors of the center.
